Customize Your Pad
Step 1
We need to know your color scheme!
If we are matching an existing outfit, please provide color swatches or reference photographs.
When submitting photographs, please ensure they are:

Taken in a well-lit environment

Clear and high-resolution

Inclusive of close-up images to accurately capture the true color
Accurate reference materials are essential to achieving the best possible color match.
Upon receipt and review of your materials, we will provide photographs of the available thread samples for your approval prior to production.
Step 2
Time to pick your pad pattern!
We offer several great options to fit your style and needs:

Pad Options:
• Traditional Pads – $250
Customizable in any size, with 34” x 42” as our standard. These pads weigh approximately 8 lbs and are available in 10 pattern options. Reproductions are available.
• Traditional Pads (Single Copy) – $400
All the features of our Traditional Pads, but one-of-a-kind — only a single pad will be made.
• Elite Pads – $350
Customizable in any size, with 34” x 42” as our standard. These pads weigh approximately 10 lbs and are available in 5 pattern options. Reproductions are available.
• Elite Pads (Single Copy) – $585
Our Elite Pad option, created as a true original — only one will ever be made.
If you’d like it more playful or a touch more formal, say the word and I’ll tweak the vibe.
Step 3
Your colors and patterns have been finalized — next comes proofing.
Before proofs are released, full payment is required. Once payment is received, your order will be placed in the proofing queue. Proofs are typically delivered within 7–10 business days. If additional time is needed, you will be notified in advance.
You will receive four proof options to review. Because screen settings can affect how colors appear, a photo of your selected thread colors will also be provided for reference.
Not quite what you envisioned? Want to combine elements from multiple proofs or make adjustments? No problem. Up to four proof revisions are included at no additional charge to ensure your final design is exactly right.
Finalizing & Receiving My Pad
Once your proof is approved, your pad is scheduled to be woven.
All of our pads are hand-woven and carefully inspected for accuracy and quality. Production typically takes 6–8 weeks from the proof approval date. During peak times—especially while preparing for and during show season—production may take 10–12 weeks or longer. We appreciate your patience as we create your custom piece.

Regular-size pads may be exchanged for another regular-size pad.
